If you are or were any of the following, you must complete I 9 Documents:
- You must be employed before or on Nov. 6, 1986 or on or after Nov. 27, 2007, if you are still working in the Republic of North Mariana Islands.
- Lay-back residential operations in one’s own house.
- An independent specialist.
- It is usually used by a specialist in providing agreement solutions, like a temp agency.
- Do not work with U.S. dirt.
Self-employed people won’t need to fill out an I-9 form.
