- You must be employed before or on Nov. 6, 1986 or on or after Nov. 27, 2007, if you are still working in the Republic of North Mariana Islands.
- Relaxed residential operations in a private house.
- An independent specialist.
- Used by specialists who offer agreement solutions such as a temp agency.
- Avoid working with U.S. dirt
Self-employed people won’t need to fill out an I-9 form.
