Who Uses An I9 Form 2021?
All new employees are required by law to fill out an i9 form 2021 every day. Within three days of the employee’s first day of work, the business must verify the employee’s qualification and recognition files and also tape-record the information on the I-9 Form.

If you are self-employed, your I-9 forms won’t be required.
